A construction practice built on the belief that craft matters.
Qwerty Construction was incorporated in California in May 2025, but its founding reflects years of work in residential and commercial construction across the Bay Area and beyond. We began with a clear conviction: that the construction industry could do better — better communication, better craft, better accountability.
We operate as a general contractor with an in-house team of project managers and superintendents, supplemented by a vetted network of subcontractors we’ve worked with across dozens of projects. The result is the responsiveness of a small firm with the capability of a larger one.
Our work spans the full range of residential and commercial construction — from single-room remodels to ground-up mixed-use buildings. What stays constant across every project is our standard: the work is done right, on time, and the client always knows where things stand.
