Campbell Restaurant

Restaurant construction is among the most demanding work we do: code requirements are stringent, timelines are unforgiving, and the margin for error is narrow. A delay in opening is lost revenue. A plumbing rough-in done wrong means tearing out finished walls.

This 2,800-square-foot restaurant in Campbell's historic downtown district was completed on schedule and on budget — a result of meticulous pre-construction coordination with the kitchen designers, the health department, and the owner's team.

The aesthetic is warm and material: hand-formed clay tile behind the bar, timber ceiling joists left exposed, leather banquettes that develop patina with use. The dining room seats 62 comfortably, and the open kitchen adds a fourth element to every meal.
